Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to digital products purchased from Vivsparkrinsing through vivsparkrinsing.world. We are located at Central Shopping Centre Shop D1-01/19 Grant Road, Frankton, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand.

Digital Products

Our products consist of digital template bundles delivered via email as PDF files. Because digital files can be downloaded and saved immediately upon delivery, standard return procedures for physical goods do not fully apply. However, we are committed to fair resolution of any purchase concerns.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The digital files were not delivered to the email address provided at checkout
  • The files are corrupted or cannot be opened on standard PDF readers
  • The product received does not match the description on our products page
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once for the same order

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

  • You have successfully downloaded and accessed the digital files
  • The product functions as described but does not meet personal preferences for layout or design
  • More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase
  • You purchased the wrong product but the correct files were delivered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for the order
  • Order date and product name
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Replacements

If you received a corrupted or incomplete file, we will provide a replacement download at no additional charge. Contact us with details of the issue and we will resend the correct files promptly.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.
